Waist adjusts in a traditional manner with lacing in the back of the waistband. These are fuller and longer than the Deckhand Breeches with wider band at the bottom. You can tie the band under your knee like traditional breeches, or let hang as shown. You can modify them into slops by simply removing the band at the bottom of the leg. I am told also, that the tie version’s cod has a layer of material that creates a hidden pouch for keys or money. Also has small pocket below waistband. Yes, pocket! Lady Pirates! Now we have your size! Small will fit 26-30″ waist!
