Swallowtail

Description

A Swallowtail is a tie-on tail, or an open fronted overskirt, if you will.  It adjusts  from 28″ completely closed up to 44″.  3 layers total, of satin and lace.  One layer of satin is always black, black lace, then the accent color underneath.  Measures 39″ long at the double tipped “Swallow’s tail”.  Wear at the waist or low on the hips.  A very unique item that has so many uses.  Wear over leggings, wear over a long skirt.  Wear with bloomers or pantalettes, wear with your black jeans to go dancing.  Wear with a tie on bustle, wear with a corset, wear with a sexy top, wear with a top hat, tricorn hat, or victorian mini hat.  I think you might need every color.
