The COUNTRY OF CANADA is now charging all receiving customers a 28.00 Customs Broker Fee for all packages coming by UPS Canada Standard. This will be charged to UPS, and UPS will add it to the 3.00-7.00 customs tariff charge they will ask you for before delivering your package. Please consider either a UPS International Air option, or USPS Priority Mail International if you cannot accept this charge.
