1815 Fully Trimmed Napoleonic Hussars Jacket

$135.00

As far as I can tell, these gorgeous men’s marching band jackets in heavy canvas with antiqued brass sphere buttons and gold piping trim closely resemble the 8th Dragoon Regiment of 1812-1815 and the Dutch of about the same year during the Hundred Days Campaign that Napoleon recaptured the throne of France to fight the 7 Nation Coalition. During this time you would find the Dutch wearing blue and the French wearing green, as well as the opposite, plus examples of Prussia and Germany.

Decorated front and back, sleeves, cuffs and collar with trim and buttons, with more detail on epaulets. Heavy canvas, fully lined. Mens sizes.

SIZE M = 40-42″ chest (107 cm)
SIZE L = 44″ chest (112 cm)
SIZE XL = 46″ (117 cm)
